On May 19th, The Kelly Group sponsored and attended the Harford County Chamber of Commerce Annual Military Luncheon at the Richlin Ballroom. Jodi Davis, Michele Wolbert and Charlie Wolpoff were on hand to witness the awards presented to the 2016 Military Family of the Year and Soldier of the Year.
The Kelly Group sponsored and attended the Close Foundation’s 2nd Annual “That’s the Spirit” Fundraiser at Rockfield Manor. The Foundation raises money help at-risk youth in our local community. Keynote speaker Brian Casey of American Funds talked about the importance of adhering to a goal-based, long-term investment strategy and why it’s important to stay focused on your plan despite all the unsettling headlines and “noise”.
On May 24th, Bryan Kelly was invited by the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation to speak to its board members and volunteers on Kelly Total Wealth…a program that emphasizes the importance of comprehensive planning including planning for the ultimate legacy: your family’s peace of mind after your incapacity or death.
On May 24th, Nicole Bengel (center) attended the annual Academy of Finance Appreciation Breakfast at Edgewood High. The highlight of the event was the announcement of AOF Scholarships to seniors and paid summer internships for high school juniors who will returning to the program next school year. Nicole sits on the Advisory Board of the Academy of Finance.
