Senior Service and Operations Specialist
As one of the first voices clients hear when they call the firm, Carrie follows her mom’s motto, “Be kind.” She knows that you never know what a person is dealing with behind the scenes, so she always provides a listening ear, a calming voice, and, if needed, words of encouragement in the hopes of transforming a client’s entire day.
Carrie joined The Kelly Group in 2019 as a member of the firm’s Client Service team. She is working toward her AA in business at Harford Community College and plans to further her knowledge of operations in financial services.
Prior to The Kelly Group, Carrie worked in the banking industry for more than five years. She was born and raised in Harford County and lives in Jarrettsville with her husband and two sons. Carrie enjoys exploring the outdoors and hiking along the plentiful trails in Harford County.
