Service and Operations Associate
After over 20 years in the hospitality and Spa industry, Caryn made a career move to the financial services sector. Following a year as a mortgage loan processor, she joined The Kelly Group in 2022. Caryn most enjoys applying her knowledge and expertise in customer service to help clients feel comfortable and at home with The Kelly Group.
Prior to joining the financial industry, Caryn received a Biology degree from Mount St. Mary’s University. She was a licensed massage therapist and esthetician in a high end, high volume Spa where she held a management position as well as built a successful client base for almost 16 years.
A Baltimore County native, Caryn currently resides in Fallston with her husband and two sons. When she is not working, you can find her cheering for her sons on the soccer and lacrosse fields. She enjoys reading, running, and spending time with family and friends around their backyard bonfire. Caryn is an active volunteer at her sons’ schools, with Old Line Football Club, she currently serves as secretary for Fallston Rec Boys’ Lacrosse Program, and volunteers regularly with Empower4Life (a local grassroots non-profit that aids children living in homeless shelters in Baltimore and Harford counties).
