Kelly Group in the Community
Bill and Lois Kelly and several members of The Kelly Group Team attended the 23rd Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County Steak & Burger Dinner on March 27, 2013. The Kelly Group’s table sponsorship included tickets for two Boys & Girls Club members to attend the event and eat steak while the sponsors were served burgers. Bryan Kelly presents a $100 gift card to Pairings Bistro to calendar raffle winner Michael Fisher. The Kelly Group sponsored the prize for the Harford Chamber's January calendar raffle.
As part of the Women's Giving Circle of Harford County, Jodi Davis helped announce that the organization has awarded 11 grants totaling nearly $36,000 to area nonprofits that assist women and children. As sponsors of the 2012 Maryland State Barbecue Bash and members of Bel Air Downtown Alliance, Bill and Lois Kelly participated once again by volunteering to work at this year's event.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Harford County also celebrated its annual Kiss A Pig Campaign at the 2012 Barbecue Bash, with Bryan Kelly and The Kelly Group raising $3,609 to benefit the organization. All proceeds from the annual Kiss A Pig Campaign help the Boys and Girls Clubs in their mission, serving more than 450 children and teens in Harford County on a daily basis.
The Kelly Group recently held the winning bids for Harford County's 2012 Farm Fair champion lamb from 4-H member Margaret Stump. Additionally, The Kelly Group also bid and won a fondant cake from Junior Champion Megan Foulk, a hog from Ryan Mandl and a hog from Lizzy Kilby. Proceeds from Farm Fair benefit 4-H and the Ben Keyes Scholarship Fund.
