Sprout Film and Art Festival 2023

On Tuesday, September 19th, The Kelly Group sponsored the ARC NCR’s annual “Sprout Film and Art Festival” held at the Richlin Ballroom in Belcamp. The festival highlights the many talents of people with differing abilities including film, art, crafts, poetry, reading and singing.  Michael Bertrand and his wife Denise attended the event.  Michael serves as secretary of the ARC’s executive board and he was part of the committee that selected the films to be featured.
